A visitor finds Joseph Smith is nothing but a man

On this day in eighteen thirty-five, a visitor from the east met Joseph Smith in Kirtland Ohio and said he was nothing but a man, and Joseph's journal answered him with an old story about a prophet whose prayers shut the heavens.
